Coordinators

Coordinators are people with project management capacities, in other words; capable of having an overview of an event, and to detect, when necessary, the elements that may need to be modified. They have the ability of adaptation and are able to integrate themselves easily in other pre-existing teams. The person designated to take responsibility of the Staff team present at the location of the event is the one most capable of leadership and sound judgment. This leader remains under the supervision of the project manager and will transmit a concluding report outlining the general outcome of the event.
